Welcome to OpenTeamX! This guide will walk you through creating your first team and setting up your workspace.
Prerequisites
Before you begin, make sure you have:
- A verified OpenTeamX account
- At least one team member's email address
Step 1: Navigate to Teams
From your dashboard, click on Teams in the sidebar. This will take you to the teams overview page where you can see all teams you are a member of.
Tip: You can create up to 5 teams on the free plan.
Step 2: Create Team
Click the "+ Create Team" button in the top right corner. A modal will appear asking for:
- Team Name (e.g., "Engineering")
- Team Description (optional)
- Initial members to invite
Once you click "Create", your team workspace will be ready in seconds!
